Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 27, 2026

This page explains what happens when you use the booking form on handsoncritters.klamathliving.com.

What we collect

When you submit the booking form, we collect the name, phone number, email address and event details you type into it. We do not collect payment information on this site, and we do not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts.

Who receives it

Your submission is emailed directly to Hands On Critters so we can follow up about booking your event. It is not sold, shared, or given to any other company.

How it's used

We use your information only to respond to your booking request and, once an event is booked, to plan and communicate about it. We do not send marketing email from this form, and this form does not send text messages. If you call or text the phone number listed on our site, that is a direct conversation with Hands On Critters, not something the booking form handles.

How long we keep it

We keep booking requests as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and keep a record of events we've booked, then delete or archive them.

Questions

If you have a question about this policy or want a submission removed, call or email us at (209) 914-5966 or James25psg@gmail.com.
